Versiera performed software development for RuleBuilder, a graphical frontend interface to the BioNetGen cell signaling package designed by Los Alamos National Laboratories. Contributions included iterative design, development, and in depth testing of various interface components. Development of a fully functional Help System using JavaHelp. Java implementation base.

Network Assessment and Recommendations
Assessment of the Santa Ana, CA Fire Department medium sized computer network. SAFD has a complex network that has grown by accretion and a highly dynamic set of needs. Versiera documented the state of the network as-is and provided detailed recommendations to align SAFD with both common business practices and the need to remain a stable 24/7 operation.

Security Research Buffer/Cache Simulation
Versiera executed design and implementation of a discrete event buffer/cache simulation for the Randomized Instruction Set Emulation (RISE) computer security research project. A large scale testing effort within a grid engine network was effected through automation of testing and collection of pertinent output parameters. Shell script implementation base.
